What We Haul

If it fits in the van, and it's packed and staged, we'll get it where it needs to go. Our van has about 12 feet of floor length, 4.5 feet between the wheel wells, and 4 feet of interior height.

Before the Driver Arrives

A few things to make your pickup go smoothly and protect everyone's belongings.

Pack and Stage

All items must be boxed, bagged, or otherwise ready to load before the driver arrives. Stage them near the door, in the garage, or wherever the van can access them. The driver doesn't pack or disassemble anything.

Provide a Helper for Heavy Items

This is a one-person operation. For anything heavy or bulky like a couch, washer, treadmill, or dresser, please have someone available at both the pickup and dropoff locations to help with the lift.

Wrap Mattresses and Upholstered Items

To protect your items and every customer's items after yours, all mattresses and upholstered furniture must be wrapped in plastic before loading. Mattress bags are available at Walmart and Home Depot for $5-10. The driver reserves the right to refuse any item that shows signs of bed bugs or pest infestation.

Item Condition

The driver photographs all items before loading to document their condition. This protects both of us. If an item is already damaged, let us know before loading so there are no surprises at the other end.
